Office Waste Self Audit
How the MCC Self-Audit works
This is a self-assessment completed by your organisation.
The online version allows Mission City Chakra(MCC) to receive your responses and generate your audit summary and recommendations.
If you prefer to conduct the exercise internally first, you may download the checklist and scoring guide. You can subsequently submit your completed assessment to MCC.
What should happen with the data?
This self-audit is designed to help your organisation understand its current waste-prevention practices. If you complete the audit online, your responses will be received by Mission City Chakra and may be used to generate your audit summary, impact estimates and recommendations.
We may also use aggregated, non-identifying data to understand common corporate waste patterns and improve the Zero-Waste Office programme.
We will not publish organisation-specific information without permission.

| 2 | Some reduction/action, but conventional practice remains predominant |
| 1 | Awareness or isolated action, but little systemic change |
| 0 | Conventional/high-waste practice is the normal default |
| Don’t know | No score; treated as a data gap |
