The building makes maximum use of natural daylight, supplemented by motion-sensor LED lighting. This combination helps reduce unnecessary energy consumption.
Housekeeping is also designed with sustainability in mind: the premises uses 100% bio-based, non-toxic cleaning chemicals. Even everyday amenities have been reconsidered, with bamboo-based facial tissues used instead of conventional paper tissues.

The canteen demonstrates how simple material choices can eliminate a significant stream of waste.
Steel plates, glasses and cutlery are used throughout, with no single-use disposables. Drinking water is served in glass bottles rather than plastic packaged water, while ceramic cups and mugs are used at the beverage station instead of disposable paper cups.
